LE RISORSE CERCATE DEVONO ESSERE CARATTERIZZATE DA EMPATIA, VOLONTA' DI IMPARARE, SERIETA', DETERMINAZIONE, PREDISPOSIZIONE AI RAPPORTI INTERPERSONALI; E' RICHIESTA ESPERIENZA NEL LAVORO (MINIMO 1 ANNO); VOLONTA' DI IMPARARE E CAPACITA' DI APPRENDERE.
